20231210: Cozumel (Mexico) , Santa Rosa Reef, 24m, drift dive, very fast current, coral reef swim throughs, high visibility, 3mm suit, 12lb weights, ended with 600 psi, eagle rays, lots of fish, turtles, mini white stingray, poor bouyancy, got taken to hyperbaric chamber for 8 hours (13)
20240512: Pompano Beach/Fort Lauderdale (FL) AquaLife, first dive back after the bends, computer nitrox dive with EAN-32, 10m conservative for ~25min, diving with Open Water checkout divers who lost control and had to ascend before time, 80' vis, weak current, boat long stride entry, final psi was 2000, 85 degrees F in the air (14)
20240512: Pompano Beach/Fort Lauderdale (FL) reefs, 15m for 51 min, 80' vis, private dive, managed buoyancy well, recommended to do AOW, final psi was 800, EAN x32, FLL air show was happening at the same time and while we were under, boats were going into the no-sail zone so cap maneuvered very closely to us to drive other boats away (15)
20240622: Cayman Islands Divetech, 15m for 55min, low vis, 2 snappers followed us the entire time, could hear the snapping, saw stingrays, a ton of fish, first wall dive, EAN32, shore entry long stride jump into a manmade wading pool then swam through narrow strip into the ocean, lots of micro-organisms glowing under our flashflights, no lights above water, extremely dark (16)
20241008: Volcano Dive Center (Kamari, Greece), 18m, Manthos, wreck dive then dormant volcano remains, not too much to see, 3mm suit, lack of marine life (17)
20241008: Volcano Dive Center (Kamari, Greece), 2om, 1 hr surface time and hydrate, team dive, buddy and I went through some reef holes/walls, saw lots of fish and big sea urchins, gem of the dive was the volcano/mountain views on boat ride (18)
